Allow Custom Date Fields on Calendar
We use a Wrike calendar to track scheduled meetings with customers. However, since calendars can only display due date/start date, we are unable to take advantage of the time function present in custom date fields. The addition of custom date fields to calendars would allow us to order our meetings by time of day like a normal calendar. I have been told that there are no plans to add a time of day function to the due date field, so this seems like a necessary work-around.
Also interested in using custom date fields for calendars.

Hello! Has there been any update on this request? As I'm expanding our usage more, this would be a MASSIVELY helpful feature. I don't want to have to create a custom item type just to track a specific date within an item.

I, too, think this would be extremely helpful. Currently, Wrike cannot create a calendar based on publish dates (a custom field)--only due date (which is often not the same in the communications/marketing world).
My team simply wants to be able to see our publishing calendar in Wrike (i.e. the days when articles will go live), which is a fairly basic function that seems like it should be possible. I would really prefer not having to go into another software to create this calendar for my team to use. Any suggestions for a workaround (or updates on the product side) would be very welcome.

This is something that would be extremely beneficial for our team as well.
This would be extremely helpful for our team as well. We would like to use the work management feature as expected (start and due dates) to build out content assigned to a team, but leverage a custom date field to publish the pieces and plan out posting this over a calendar tool, but we can't do this without duplicating effort. Workarounds, like making nested subtasks, won't work because we already do that to leverage when we might share on an outside platform, but we don't need to do that to post it on our own hosted site.
