Automation: Successor task "In Progress" when Predecessor is "Complete"

I've searched the posts and haven't found this, but it seems like a very basic automation that I just can't seem to figure out.  

All of my projects are set up using gantt charts, where each task has a Predecessor and Successor.  

When tasks are marked complete, Wrike automatically notifies the next task in line, that they can begin working on the task.  What happens is that most users forget to mark the task as "In Progress" when they begin working on it.  

Is it possible to automatically mark the Successor task as "In Progress" when it's Predecessor was marked "Compete" ?  

It seems like a basic function, but I haven't quite found how to solve it.

Rob Gorczyca - Yup - I do this exact thing. In the automation where you send the automated notification, add another action. Here's what our automation looks like:
