Share Multiple Folders and Projects

Instead of sharing Folders and Projects individually, you can do the following:

  1. Create a Folder (this will be your parent Folder).
  2. Share it with those people who you want to share more Folders and Projects with.
  3. Move other Folders and Projects under the parent Folder.

People who have access to the parent Folder automatically gain access to its Subfolders as well. Here you can find a short video that illustrates it.

You can create a Folder Structure that makes it easy for you to quickly share groups of Folders with the appropriate people. If you’re not sure about what structure would work best for your team, try posting in the Wrike Community to hear from Wrike team members and other users.
