[From Wrike] Wrike Community Ice-Breaker Marathon 2023 - DAY 3
PinnedHello everyone ๐
We're about halfway through our Wrike Community Ice-Breaker Marathon 2023! A massive thanks to each one of you participating - it's truly a delight to read your inventive responses ๐ย
Celebrating our Day 2 winner - Jess Cuddy ๐
Let's continue the fun with today's challenge.
DAY 3:
If you could invite any user to join your account, who would it be? My choice without any hesitation would be Lisa, as she is simply the best! However, since she's already part of my team, my choice would be Roger Federer ๐พ. As a tennis fan, having the greatest player of all time in history on my team would be thrilling, donโt you think? ๐
Share your imaginative guest invites in the comments below. It could be anyone from celebrities, historians, scientists to even fictional characters. Let's keep things interesting!
As previously mentioned, one lucky participant will be chosen at random for today's prize and we'll announce the winner tomorrow, who will be rewarded with a spot at a live Collaborate 2023 Training of your choice (value $299). Donโt forget that participating in all of our daily challenges puts you in the running to win a $100 Amazon voucher.ย You can review the full T&Cs for this here. The full T&Cs for today's competition can be found here.
Can't wait to see who you'd like on your team!ย
I'd go for Elon Musk - should be fun to work with him :D
(and maybe he'd buy the whole company?)
I would invite God. As he is the only one who can (perhaps?) have an overview about Wrike.
I would like to invite Kobe Bryant or Michael Jordan - because I respect those patience, work ethic and dedication.ย
I would invite Cristiano Ronaldo of course, his discipline and ambitiousness to win would be contagious!
If I could choose as an Italian I would add Leonardo da Vinci, considering his genius and the legacy left in art, science and technology, he could also have a good impact on our Wrike account.
As a technician, I would also invite a Tesla guy, but this time Nikola, as the inventor of many crazy things.
I would invite Henry Gantt and see if he had any words of wisdom for our projects!
I'd invite the late Stephen Hawking to my Wrike. I'd love to see his process for thinking really, really big things. I can imagine the project he'd create: Purpose of the Universe.
Thank you so much @...! Very grateful for the opportunity.
And if I could I'd invite Nedd Brockmann to my team, he has an impenetrable mindset that any team could benefit from exposure to!
For technical needs: Actually my customer success manager, so I can "annoy" him with my troubles and wishes and maybe I everything would just go a little faster.ย
For general work advice: David J. Anderson (KANBAN)
I like Sven Passinger's answer. God would definitely get our Wrike account into shape as well as complete some projects!
Practicality, I'd invite any of the blackbelts (the black belts around here really know their stuff). They could also help get everything in shape.ย
Personally, I'd invite Eric Metaxas or Mike Rowe. These are guys I'd like to work with to learn more.ย
Agree with the others - God first, because the custom fields architecture has become quite the web of complexity only God could solve for..... but then my Customer Success Manager second.ย Then it would be the most perfect configuration possible!ย ย
I would love to have the people who wrote the PMBOK from PMI. They would be the guiding voice that not many people will question and tell them they are wrong.ย
For funsies, I would love Sheldon Cooper (if you know, you know).ย
For fun I would invite Abbott and Costello.ย ย Sometimes we have so many "hot" projects, I bet they would know "who's on first".ย ย
Seriously though, Wrike works well to help us manage our resources, deadlines, and execution efforts.ย ย Being able to bring laughs to the fires would help.
I'd invite Zuckerberg. Love or hate his company, he has managed to get things done and think he would help tremendously in keeping things moving!
My husband! Then he wouldn't have to ask me what I've got going on today, he can just look and see!
I would invite Julia Berzoy so she could continue to help influence changes in Wrike to transform my Wrike reports and boards into something I can directly take to management with my company.
I'm going to go with a modern day Albert Einstein!
Vivaldi! Imagine having to use Wrike to organize that kind of creative genius
If I was able to invite someone to the Wrike Account, it would be Gary Vee! He always has such great insights and advice
I'd invite Sebastian Vettel (former F1 driver and champion)! He always got in the weeds with his team to learn what wasn't working and helped them find solutions. Everyone said he was a great team player, especially in his final years in the sport. Now that he's retired, he has time to help my team in Wrike, right...? ๐
Michelle Lundy- Now that's a good idea! Abbot and Costello would definitely help us get things done ๐ or at least make work much more fun.ย
I would like to invite the detective style novelist Louise Penny, so nice!!!
I would invite my CSM! He always has great insight into what is going on and would know firsthand how new changes to Wrike would affect how our team uses the program.ย
I would go one of two ways:
I would invite someone who is uber organized so they can help keep everything straight in Wrike!
I would invite Lieutenant Uhura because a communications officer would be a treat to have on my team.
I would also love to have Nichelle Nichols (AKA Uhura), who worked with NASA and even recruited Sally Ride.ย ย
These are amazing answers from everyone!!ย Love it!! I definitely love the idea of God, cause man, the automations he would creation would be nothing short of AWESOME... but He's kinda busy!ย So I'd have to fall back and invite my family.... so we can all stay on top of important family events (shared calendar)!
Elon Musk - because our company would have no choice but to be uber successful if he was part of the teamย
Thank you for sharing your choices!
We will be announcing the winner of this challenge along with today's challenge shortly in our Brought to You By Wrike forum ๐
