There are several ways of how you can approach prioritisation of items in Wrike. For example, you can sort items by priority. When you choose that sorting option (for example, in the New Table view), you can drag and drop tasks according to their priority for you. Another way could be to start using task importance (it can be low, normal, and high). It's also possible to create specific custom fields for prioritisation and manually add priority levels (for example, from 1 to 5) in them. Could these suggestions help you?

Ayala assaf - We had a similar discussion in this post about organizing and prioritizing. Sven had a great suggestion to use custom fields to build an Eisenhower matrix (multiply an urgency ranking by an importance ranking). Then use these fields to build a dashboard that separates everything. After that discussion, I rebuilt my personal dashboard to help separate and rank information to keep the small stuff separate from the big stuff.
