[From Wrike] The New Wrike Experience - Update ๐Ÿ”

Since the last set of updates to the New Wrike Experience, you have continued to share your insightful feedback. Weโ€™ve shared your thoughts, insights, and suggestions with the Product team, and weโ€™re pleased to say that the team continues to monitor the feedback for planned future improvements.ย 

Today, weโ€™re very happy to announce an improvement that many of you have been waiting for that enables you to navigate to various spaces without clicking the โ€œHomeโ€ buttonย ๐Ÿ“Œ

Whatโ€™s changed?

Our team is happy to introduce the new Hamburger Menu that improves your navigation experience in Wrike:ย 

  • With the new Hamburger Menu, it is possible to not only switch between spaces more easily but also navigate to any project or folder within any space while not leaving the left-hand navigation menu.ย 
  • You can also have quick access to tools inside spaces - calendars, dashboards, and workload charts.ย 
  • If you navigate to your Personal space, you can quickly open your โ€œMy to-doโ€, the โ€œCreated by meโ€ section, and your starred tasks.
  • The โ€œShared with meโ€, blueprints and recycle bin are also quickly accessible with the new hamburger menu.

New Experience Roll-Out

Weโ€™re also happy to report that more and more of you are using the New Wrike Experience, and weโ€™re hoping that the new Hamburger Menu will make your experience even better!

We mentioned previously that the sunset of the Classic UI is planned dependent on the successful rollout of the New Experience. We can now confirm that we will be sunsetting the Classic Navigation for users with free Wrike subscriptions starting on March 15th. All users with these subscriptions should have received communication about this update.ย 

We will also be continuing the gradual roll-out of the New Wrike Experience to users with paid subscriptions. More details will be shared on this in the coming weeks and months.ย ย

Does "Classic Navigation for users with free Wrike subscriptions starting on March 15th" refer to account type or collaborators / external users?

The addition of the hamburger menu is perfect!ย  Thank you!

I wanted to ask if there is a way for us to control the timing of the roll-out for our org?ย  Can we electively change all our users on a specific day?ย  I was not sure if that is possible in the Enterprise system administration settings or if we could coordinate this with Wrike if it is not something we can do directly.

Our team is not very fond of the new Wrike experience. Users have a difficult time finding their folders that they were used to seeing on the sides and find it difficult to navigate through the new layout. Is this something that will be required to revert to in the future?
