Create report not started tasks after start date

Title pretty well sums it up. Can I create a report to show which tasks show not started after start date.  Even better would be if I could combine to a list of task that are not started or delayed (custom workflow) past start date.  Any help appreciated.

Hi John Steigerwald,
you cannot achieve this in a single report.
Dates conflit.
You can create a dashboard with two different widgets.
One for Task not started after start date and one of task not started or delayed with past start date.

Hi John Steigerwald , thank you for sharing your case with the Community. One way to achieve this would be:
 

1. Create an automation rule that would move/include these tasks to a folder if they have a specific status (e.g. "Not started") and their start date has passed:

    
2. With this rule in place, you would only need to create a report whose data source would be the folder where these tasks are located.
 
  
This way, your report will show tasks that have not been started and whose start date has already passed.
 
One final detail: the "Not started" status is not included in the default workflow, so I have created it for this case. You can find the instructions on how to create a custom workflow here.
