Multi-Year view

Hi, Our organization plans and tracks many overlapping projects several years in advance. We would LOVE to have an additional view available to show at least 5 years ahead.

Hi Michael Lapthorn, welcome to the Community! May I ask you to elaborate a bit on your case so we can better understand what would you like to achieve? Are you referring to the Calendar View?
 
Other views, such as the New Table View, allow you to see as many projects as you wish, regardless of their start or due dates. Another example would be the Gantt Chart view, where you can see your projects both in a table format and in a timeline layout. You can check all the available views in this article.

Hi Juan. Thanks for the reply. We work in the museum exhibition field and given the complexity involved in organizing them we must plan many, many projects of differing scales and timelines at least 3-4, sometimes 5 years in advance. Even looking that far ahead we need to be sure that we are not over-committing personnel or space resources. It would be great if there was at least one more view setting that could show this extended planning view. Week > Month > Quarter > Year > 5-year.

And while I've got you, it would be a huge benefit to be able to collapse calendars into a compact view, like you've recently done with tables.
