This is great Dury. Thanks so much!!
Great to hear you like this post. You might also like this post from Ryan about creating an internal Knowledge Base withinย Wrike for training. That's training and learning about the platform, within the platform. #WrikeInception ๐
Hi there. I am new to this forum.ย
Hey Kev, great to see you here!
Welcome to the Wrike Community! Let me share some tips on how to get started with Community and with Wrike itself ๐ช
Firstly, why not introduce yourselfย to the Community and tell us a little about yourself and what you're looking to achieve and improve on ๐
If you're looking to chat about anything in particular on Community, you can search using the above search bar and look for some relevant conversations & topics and get involved by asking questions and commenting.
If you have any questions about how to use Wrike's functionality you can ask other members in our How-To section.
You've posted here, in the forum about Onboarding Teams, so how about joining in onย this conversation about how others have onboard their teams. Feel free to ask questions for other members there ๐
We've also launched some courses from our new learning platform,ย Wrike Discover. This is a perfectย resource to quckly learnย how to start using Wrike for you and your team. Simply post aย comment hereย and we'll send the link by email so you can try it out and give us some feedback about the courses.
So, have a look around and if you have any questions, just ask. Happy posting! ๐
Hi, Stephen.ย My name is Kevin. I am a junior web developer. I am still studying and I would like to know more about your courses on Wrike Discover. You can find my website here.
Looks great Kev!
For Wrike Discover, if you post your interest here, Lisa will send you on the link to get started.
Is there anything, in particular, you're finding difficult and would like to discuss? Post back here or start a new conversation if you'd like!

@Dury, Just downloaded your template! Love it and a huge time saver too! Thank you for sharing.
@Marj, you've made Dury's day!๐
Also, loving the new profile image - did you design this?
@Stephen, yes, I did. Thank you.ย I was playing with Illustrator on blend and distort. Was fun!
Very stylish! ๐
Greetings - Dury Bellย is the template still valid?ย If so, can you share it with me?ย Does each new team member have to rinse and repeat this procedure or can I share it?ย (or is it meant to be embedded internally in our Wrike dbase?)
At this point, I just wanted to find a way to create new team members that have access to spaces/folders/projects globally (rather than have to go to each space/folder/project and give them permission.
๐ for your support.ย ย
Dan Mooreย Hi Dan - Apologies on the delay here! The template link above is still valid and I recommend to have this imported into a shared Knowledge Base space. Import the xls file within the K.B space and you will see folders with tasks that are imported into the space. Feel free to customize the naming conventions, and/or priority sorting of the tasks within the folders. This template is meant to be a framework of suggestions, I I also suggest to add or remove any tasks with Help Portal articles that will be most beneficial for your onboarding team members.
In regards to your question around new team members having access to each space/folder/project; if you have not already, go into the Users Tab within Account Management, and when you add new users to existing user groups, it will give them instant access to the spaces/folders/projects that are shared with those user groups.
Let me know if you have any further questions!
