Please get rid of "Show more updates" flow

So many times have people been confused on the information within a task because they didn't realize Wrike hid past updates. Why do you do this? I've wasted plenty of time looking for information from a task I looked at previous to realize it was hidden under a button.

Two things are wrong here:

1.Visually, the cues are poor. "Show more updates" doesn't even look like a button, it just looks like the normal copy, doesn't stand out at all. It's not even a different color lol.

2. The copy doesn't provide the proper information scent. I wouldn't think to click that because as a user, I don't think of it as "updates" but as "comments."

Just remove "Show more updates" and show everything and start the scroll position at the bottom of comments/updates.

Yes, please get rid of "Show more updates" Please make it a scroll bar. Right now at our company, everyone agrees this is the most irritating thing on Wrike 😱

We agree that the Show More Updates needs to be a scroll bar so its easy for the users to review past comments - this is an important function that needs to be updated and is an irritant to users.

I cannot count how many times I missed something from the task because of requirement to press "show more updates", it is counter intuitive and really unnecessary. Everybody I know who uses Wrike is very annoyed with it (to say the least).

There should be an option to stop hiding comments/updates, or by default show all and have an option to hide everything except like last 5 updates.

I agree. There should be an option, per user, to enable or disable that feature. If that is too complicated, then just get rid of it altogether and show all comments. Having to click to see past comments is unintuitive and inconvenient - it's a real drawback on Wrike.

This feature is good most of the time but it should be optional. If you want to turn it off, you should be able to.

So productivity has gone down since this has been added. i now have to search and search and click and search to find updates you decided to hide. and then things get missed and then now im literally behind on a project because of this "feature"

Completely agree with this.  This is a stupid kiddiescript "feature" that nobody in their right mind wants to see.  When I open a Wrike ticket I **ALWAYS** want to see **EVERY COMMAND AND EVERY UPDATE** in the ticket.

Hi Jerry Hewett, welcome to the Community 👋

Thank you for sharing your feedback! I'd say we have different opinions on this topic among Wrike users as sometimes where there are too many comments and updates in the stream, users would only want to see the latest ones and not scroll through all of them. Anyways, your feedback has been noted and we'll now pass it on to the respective Wrike team.

Please let me know if there's anything else I can help you with.
