An email was sent to email@example.com - thinking it would go into the system as a new project into the folder we have set up for new projects. However, it did not show up there.
Turns out there was already a project in the system with that same name, so it got buried in the comments of that old project.
It was a very basic subject line (just the word "Feedback"), that will probably be repeated again at some point in the future.
Anyone have any ideas on how to get this to not go to an old task and create a new one instead?
