Selecting Images

Would be great if you Pin or somehow mark images attached in tasks so you could easily select a few out of a large bunch.

Hi Jory, thanks for your post. Currently, you can select multiple attachments. While you hover over attachment you can tick the boxes that appear on the left. Then you make actions to those attachments you've selected, see the example GIF below. Is this what you're looking to do? If not, it would be great if you could let us know a use case or example.

Hi Stephen,

No, different. I'm aware you can select multiple attachements to download or delete, etc. but we have creative team members that want to mark certain images for a particular creative asset. Would be great if you could 'like' attachments.

Thanks for the clarification Jory. I think you're best to review the Proofing and Approval add-on for this capability. You can use Proofing to add notes and commentary on video/image attachments and then by using Approvals you can mark assets for approval using icons next to the attachment file in the task. This is specifically useful for creative teams. (see image below).

If this is something you're interested in, let me know and I can arrange for your Account Manager to get in touch about starting a trial. Also, let me know if I misunderstood your request!

Any questions, let me know 🙂

Hi Stephen, This is a much more simple request than the proofing feature, which I have tried. This would simply 'favorite' select image attachments that would then used to design an asset that may require the proofing feature/creative review.
