My question is do you provide Portfolio & Project Management Solutions?
If yes, can it be integrated with the existing Wrike account.
Regards
Hari
Hi
I have a similar question.
How can I use Wrike as a Portfolio Management Tool
@René Hi! We're checking to see if there's someone with expertise in this area - wanted to double check though were you looking to use Wrike for Portfolio Management or Portfolio Project Management?
I also have the same question and could not find via online support. Do you have a way to manage a portfolio of projects rather project by project?
Hi Therese! Were you looking to get better oversight into how Projects are doing at a high level? Any additional details you could give me around what you're looking for to manage a portfolio would be really helpful!
I have not seen any answers to these questions on using Wrike for Portfolio Management of current and future projects. Is there a method of setting up Wrike to do this efficiently with respective reporting?
@Bob Hey, welcome to Wrike Community 🙂
Wrike is a Project Management software. You can use Folders and Subfolders (Projects and Subprojects) to create a hierarchy for projects that works for your team and use the hierarchy reporting to understand the data. If you could share in more detail what you'd like to do, I (or community members) could try to think of a process that might work for you with the use of Wrike.
Please get back to me here if you have any questions 👍

What I am looking to do is create a portfolio structure that has multiple folders; Active Projects, Backlog Projects (Feasible, On-Hold, & Approved) and an Archive Folder containing Dropped Projects, Cancelled Projects, and Completed Projects broken down by Fiscal year.
I have a great deal of project details that are needed for each individual project so that it can be submitted to the steering committee for approvals. We then run the project through our project portfolio process where the details are updated and available for viewing to all necessary parties.
Bob, sorry it took a while to respond. With Wrike you can set up a structure with multiple folders and projects; their details can be added to the description field. I'd suggest checking out this webinar to learn how to do it in detail:
Please let me know if you need further assistance, I'll be happy to help 🙌

Hi,
I'm looking for best practices on using wrike to get insights into multiple projects (including overall project health & phase progress). I see that I can build dashboards to view open activities within specific projects, but how can I get more visual representations of multiple projects within the same view?
Hi Iris De Campos!
There are several ways that you can get visual insights of multiple projects in the same view!
You can try out our Gantt Chart view, which will allow you to see the timeline and add dependencies to your tasks which will give you an idea of how far along your projects are.
You can also try out Reports, which will give you an idea of what all your projects will look like and use filters to get a clear idea of how healthy your projects are.
Hopefully these helped! Dashboards are also a good way of getting a visual idea of how your projects are, but those are some other options for you. Let me know if this helped 😊
Hi @Everyone! I'd also recommend to check out this post - it highlights the recent improvements the team implemented to manage a portfolio of projects in the Table View 👍
