Our Product team has recently added features and enhancements to the Table View that help manage Project Portfolios in Wrike. To address the use-cases provided by Wrike’s customers (thanks, Community 😉), the functionality now includes:
Project Progress - available in the Android app (Browse view and Starred section) and in the Wrike workspace (Wrike’s browser version and desktop app): in the project info panel, in the Table view, the project dashboard widget, and on the timeline portion of the Gantt chart. Working from the Table View, you can easily adjust your projects’ progress by changing task statuses or duration, depending on the settings - check out the above Help Center page for more details.
Calculated Custom Fields - they allow you to make calculations based on data from other Wrike fields and are represented by the “Formula” custom field.
Table View enhancements, including dates’ roll-up for multiple projects, Custom Field roll-up for Number, Percentage, Currency, and Duration field types, enhanced project support with the ability to edit project attributes directly from the view and more.
