New user cannot see Team Workspace

 Hello,

We have a new user on our team. I invited her to Wrike and added her as an administrator but she still cannot see our workspace. Can someone please advise?

Hi Colby, thanks for reaching out here! I can see you opened a Support ticket about this as well, but I just wanted to share what Darina from the Support Team suggested, in case it helps any other users:

After the invitation is accepted, you should share all the necessary Folders with the new user. By default, users have a blank Workspace.
Only if all Folders/Projects are shared with the User Group "My Team", the user will see the items right after logging in. Here you can see a detailed instruction on how Folders and Projects are shared.
