Is there a way to enable a notification if something new is dropped in a folder or a milestone that is unassigned? I have a New Project folder that our new work gets uploaded into. I would like an email notification but the closest thing I can do is create a daily report that emails my team. I am looking for something real-time that will notify me that there is new work.

Hi Kimberly! Definitely :) You can change the email notification settings in your Profile so that they would include notifications for tasks being added to or removed from Folders or Projects you follow. Here's how to start following one:
Anastasia. Can this be set by an admin for all members of a folder? ie we have a support folder, but would like to receive notifications immediately in google chat to either a particular room or to all members of the folder. I don't think that currently wrike notifies folder members unless they set it themselves. I'd like to set (and lock) this for all folder members as necessary (or team). Regards Tim
Hey, sorry for the delay getting back here Tim.
Looking at the screenshot that Anasatia posted, in the same dialog box you can add individual users to follow the Project/Folder there. However please note, that they can choose to unfollow if they wish. More information on adding others to follow on our Help Centre.
