Please keep up with Asana

Our team just switched to WRIKE from ASANA so we can take advantage of the workload view and schedule tasks over multiple days vs a single due date.  However, there are many things we already miss from ASANA such as:

  1. Great looking design and clean user interface (WRIKE is starting to look dated)
  2. ALL task/project comments appear in our inboxes regardless of whether or not someone uses @name (this is huge since we don't want any email notifications)
  3. You can easily move tasks and subtasks around between and within projects
  4. Using ":" at the end of a word or sentence turns a task into a header (better organization)
  5. Reoccurring tasks don't have an end date and are created only once you complete one.
  6. ASANA seems to be continually releasing new features

@Kevin, by sheer coincidence I’ve got to reply to your feedback here as well as to the call last week.

Anyway, let me just go through the points here in case we missed something:

  1. Could you let me know if you are interested in a customizable look or more so in a static but Asana-like view? If it’s the former, please consider upvoting New Wrike Party Themes.
  2. We definitely understand how easy it is to accumulate spam, and the last thing we would want to do is add to that amount! For that very reason notification settings are available to every user from their Profile. Please see E-mail Notifications guide for tips.
  3. You actually can in Wrike as well, but I also advise mastering our Tag mechanic, as it will definitely come in handy in the future.
  4. Noted!
  5. This is a great suggestion, but we already have a similar post. Would you please upvote Improve how Recurring tasks work? Also wanted to mention that this is already one of the hot topics we’re actively discussing internally. ;)

Thanks for the detailed reply.  Concerning the email notifications, we can't turn them off since we don't get ALL notifications to our InBox.  This means that we have to check BOTH our inbox and email. :(
