Delete Shared Report from my list

I would like to be able to remove shared reports from my list of reports so they don't clutter my list if I no longer need them.  I can delete my own reports, but I don't see a way to remove those shared by someone else from my list.

Hi Tracy, thanks for sharing this feedback here! You're right, this isn't currently possible, but I can definitely see how that would be helpful in certain use cases, and options for organization in Reports is something our team is discussing internally.

Agree with the OP. I have a lot of reports that have been shared with me, and in some cases, the people who created these reports have moved on to other jobs. I don't want to contact them to ask them to unshare their reports with me. I need to be able to just remove them, or copy and edit them, similar to Dashboards.

I also would like the ability to organize my reports into folders.

Yes. This would be great. I know I have shared a few reports with my entire department. Not all of them need it all the time but only a few times in a year. Being able to sort them and bucket them by personal priority would be great.

Seriously - there are so many garbage reports that have been shared with me, that I can't do anything with. Please add the same Unshare With Me functionality provided within Dashboards!

Seconding this as well - it's insane that you can't at least hide reports made by other people in the main reporting view.

Asking the same question in Sept. 2019.. Too many old shared reports and no way to delete or hide.    

Please let us know when this function is available.

Looking forward to the feature of un-sharing of reports. Got quite a few that are no longer relevant and are just occupying unnecessary space.

Came here to echo the OP and other posters' sentiments. Would love some sort of functionality that would allow me to either delete, sort, categorize, unshare, etc. the shared reports. I would like to see my reports vs. what has been shared with me, and in many cases to delete shared reports that no longer are relevant.

I echo this.  I have staff that have left, and I have deleted their accounts, and yet the shared report still shows up.  How do I delete it?

PLEASE help me to be able to 'un-share' a report that someone has shared with me.  Super annoying that I can't remove .

Alternately, give me multiple report screens (like you can have multiple dashboards) and maybe one is 'shared with me' - so I can organize my reports how I use them.

Hi everyone! I was wondering if spaces bookmarks can help you with this - you can put the reports that you're using actively in the bookmarks section of a space, either public or personal and have quick access to them from that section.

This seems to be such an obvious thing that I can't believe it wasn't built in the first time. It's been three (3) years since this was suggested. I have seen a few obvious, simple suggestions that do not get implemented. Isn't it possible to have a small team that just implements some of these low hanging fruit features?

It would also be nice if we could organize reports.

Thank you for your feedback, Jim Scheel! Our Product team reviews all the feedback from the Community (here's a post explaining how the Product Feedback forum works). They would like to implement a lot of the suggestions here, but they need to prioritize over different factors, and often solutions may not be as simple as they might seem. Many of the ideas originally posted here have been implemented though, and we intend to keep it that way - we pass on the feedback and check for updates regularly. 

For organizing reports, I'd suggest using the spaces Bookmarks section - there you can create a separate section for reports for easy access. Hope this can help!

As soon as I have an update on removing reports shared with you by someone, I'll let you know 👍
