[Status: Backburner ⌛️] Vote for the next Wrike feature: A need in Instachat

Instead of using comments as a system of chatting (yes, it is too slow), please develop something like the facebook messenger chat box with showing who is online, who's received a message, etc. And yes, admin of the account shouldnt see the content of private messaging between members of the account

Hi Patric Pramdal, thank you for posting. Communication between team members is definitely an important part of our Project Management platform. We offer various tools like comments, Inbox, and email notifications to ensure direct communication as well as Workflows, Automation, and various integration possibilities.
 
As my colleague Lisa mentioned above, this idea is a popular one and the Product team is keeping this suggestion on their radar. For now, however, the team is focused on other priorities, so there is no scope to research this at the moment. As outlined in this Community post, the Product team looks at a wide range of data, user feedback, and Community suggestions/votes to determine what next to work on. The team always aims to focus on implementing the functionality that will have the widest impact and benefit for the most users, and it's for this reason, that we can't implement all of the suggestions we receive via our various feedback channels.
  
Having said all of that, we still understand this is a highly sought-after functionality among some of our customers, and we'll continue to share your feedback with the team. If there are any changes to this, we'll be sure to let you know.

Allow me to share some more info on how this forum works. It's based on votes and statuses: the votes help our team gauge the amount of interest for suggestions, and statuses signalise the team's plans. Wrike can't guarantee that all or even most of the suggestions will be implemented. As much as our Product team would love to work on the majority of the great suggestions our users are sharing with us, it's just not possible. Having said all that, we still find all the feedback we're receiving extremely useful and that's why we have this forum and the above-mentioned processes. Our team strives to dedicate some of its resources to customer-generated suggestions. For example, you can find some of the suggestions released last year that were Community-generated in this post. I hope this will give you a little bit more context around how we work with feedback from Community.

This is an obvious improvement for the Wrike software.  Please consider increasing the priority of developing this style of chat feature.
