Hi Rebecca, thanks for reaching out here! I'll be happy to help with sharing tasks. Is the user in question is displayed in the sharing menu? Here's how to check who a task is shared with, and how to add them to the list if they're not there:
It's also possible to share entire Folders and Projects by right clicking them in the Navigation panel on the left, and selecting "Share". If you just shared an item and the user didn't start seeing it instantly, they may need to refresh the browser page. Let me know if this helps! I'll be happy to answer any additional questions. :)
