Hi Connie, thanks for asking this question here! It looks like you have a Collaborator type license in your account, and the Dashboard View is available for Regular and External Users. If you feel you should have a different license type, your account owner or an admin would be the best person to reach out to and discuss this (only they can switch the license type).
