Project Request Forms

Hi Tom! While we don't have a native integration between Google Forms and Wrike, they can be linked with the help of a tool called Zapier: Connect Google Forms to Wrike. I know you've already tried them out, but in case anyone else is interested I wanted to mention Wrike's Request Forms feature. This allows you to build forms which create tasks in your Wrike account. These forms can be filled out both by your team members, and externally by those who aren't members of your account. Happy to answer any questions about this! :)

When is Wrike going to provide the option for Request Forms to create Projects not Tasks? I find this a frustrating feature because I have to create a project and then move the requested task into the project so that I can assign out all other tasks.

Hi Sean! I have some great news, we actually released that option just this week :) When creating a Request in the Form Builder, you now have the option to create a Project instead of a task:

Hi Stacey, thanks for posting these great questions! The Project is created in the location which is selected when setting up the form. You can choose the appropriate Folder in the Form Builder, and Projects will automatically land there:

If you need to move a Project to a different location after it has been created, simply drag and drop it to a new location in the Folder Tree:

Hi Drake, thanks for your post. There's a feedback request where members are voting and discussing customising emails, started by Kapil. Can you pop over and add to the discussion there and vote for the idea. Currently this is on not our Product Team's roadmap but feedback and votes add value during the internal discussions.
