Advanced Reporting: Available Data

TL;DR

Advanced reporting uses two data models: Wrike Core and Utilization and PerformanceWrike Core focuses on workspace data like projects, tasks, folders, custom fields, timelogs, status history, effort, and financial data. Utilization and Performance focuses on user-based capacity data like work schedules, timelogs, effort, booked effort, and allocation. You can build reports from either model, but you can’t combine fields from both in one widget.

Table 35. Availability

Availability: Pinnacle, Apex.; Unavailability: Free, Team, Business;

Overview

Analytic boards are built over a data models that contains key Wrike workspace entities and building blocks, such as spaces, folders, tasks, timelogs, users, and history of status changes.

You can visualize or filter any attribute of any entity. Entities are already connected to each other behind the scenes, so you can build boards that span multiple entities, without specifying relations between entities. However, not all the entities are available within the same data model.

There are two data models available for analytics reports: Wrike Core and Utilization and Performance. Each of these models has a unique set of data tables with different data availability. It is not possible to use fields from different data models in one widget.

Wrike Core Data Model

Wrike Core data model is based on projects: it has security rules that show users only the data shared with them, and it exports most of the folder/project/task attributes.

Note

Some of these fields might not be enabled by default in your account. Please, contact our Support team for more details on how to enable them.
