Overview

All users in all account types can change their workspace appearance.

Customize how your individual Wrike workspace looks with themes. You can choose your preferred color scheme or switch between light and dark modes.

Changing your appearance only changes your individual workspace, not your team's.

Change workspace theme

  1. Click your profile picture 1 from the sidebar.

  2. Select Appearance 2 from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click the different themes to apply them to your workspace.
