User Permissions in Wrike Whiteboard
TL;DR
Wrike Whiteboard is an add-on for Business, Enterprise, and Pinnacle plans. Full Seat users get complete access (create/edit boards, present, import/export, AI features), while Viewers can only comment, vote, and participate. Admin roles handle user management and settings. Owners can delegate rights to Co-Authors (paid seat needed), except deleting or transferring ownership.
