Using the AI Priority Inbox on Android

AI Priority Inbox in Wrike’s Android app automatically sorts your notifications into Urgent, Important, and Other sections, so you can focus on what matters most. You can quickly mark notifications as read or unread, archive them, and choose how to sort your Inbox. To use AI features, your account owner needs to enable Generative AI in the web app. All notifications from the past 30 days appear in your Inbox, helping you stay organized and up to date.

The AI Priority Inbox is the default experience for Inbox in Wrike’s Android app. Your notifications are organized into Urgent, Important, and Other sections, so you can focus on what matters most. All unread notifications from the past 30 days appear here, making it easier to stay on top of your work.
Note
To use AI features on mobile, the account owner needs to enable Generative AI in the web application.

Notifications are grouped into three sections 1:

Urgent: Tasks that need a decision to move forward, are blocking your work, or have overdue due dates.

Important: Tasks that need your input or feedback.

Other: All remaining notifications, including read items.

You’ll see a visual dotted marker 2 for read and unread notifications, just like before.

The Inbox icon at the bottom of your screen 3 shows the total number of unread notifications.
Note
The number next to each section (Urgent, Important, Other) shows how many notifications (both read and unread) are inside.
Note
You can find archived notifications in the Archived tab. To restore a notification, swipe left on it and tap Restore.

From the Inbox tab, tap the three-dot menu 1 in the top-right corner.

Select your preferred sorting option 2:

Priority: Group notifications into Urgent, Important, and Other.

Newest: Show the most recent notifications at the top.

Note
AI Inbox priority can prioritize up to 200 unread notifications, and when Only unread notifications are prioritized, it uses the latest 200 unread items in your Inbox within the selected time range.
