AI Inbox Summary helps you focus on what matters most by highlighting your key notifications with the power of artificial intelligence. You’ll see urgent updates, recommended actions, and high-priority items at a glance, so you can review and take action right from your Inbox.
The summary uses Urgent and Important tags to help you spot critical updates quickly:

Urgent tags mark tasks that need a decision to move forward, are blocking your workflow, or have overdue due dates.

Important tags highlight tasks that need your input or feedback.
With customizable settings and smart features, AI Inbox Summary makes it easy to stay organized.
Note
To use AI features on mobile, the account owner needs to enable Generative AI in the web application.

Open the Wrike app on your mobile device.

Tap the Inbox tab 1 at the bottom of your screen.

Tap Prioritize your Inbox with AI 2 at the top of your screen.

The AI will summarize your inbox notifications and organize your tasks under Urgent 3 and Important tags 4.
You can refresh the notifications 5 and provide feedback 6 for the summary AI has provided.
You can adjust your preferences to help AI summarize your inbox notifications the way you want.
To set your priorities:

Go to the Inbox tab 1.

Tap Prioritize your Inbox with AI 2 at the top of your screen.

In the AI summary Priority tab, tap the Settings icon 3 in the top-right corner.

Adjust your notification preferences:

Tap Prioritize notifications from 4 to select which days you want to include (Last 1, 3, 7, 14, or 30 days).

Enable the toggle to include only unread notifications 5, if you prefer.

Tap the Back arrow 6 to return to the summary.
The AI summary will now reflect your updated preferences.
You can also adjust your Priority Inbox settings directly from the mobile app. Just tap the More option in the lower navigation bar, select Settings, and then choose Priority Inbox to make your changes.
