AI Suggested Replies in Android
TL;DR:
AI Suggested Replies give you quick, context-aware reply options in comment threads. You’ll see up to three auto-generated suggestions when Generative AI is enabled, you can comment, and the thread has at least three comments. Click a reply to add it to your comment field, edit as needed, and send. If you run into errors, you can retry or refresh the task.

AI Suggested replies make it easy to respond in comment threads by providing quick, context-aware, auto-generated suggestions. These replies are based on the conversation, details about the task, folder, or project, and key fields like author, assignee, status, and due date. When you click into the comment field, you’ll see these suggestions, so you can collaborate faster and keep work moving.
AI Suggested Replies show up when:

Generative AI is enabled for your account.

You have permission to add comments to a task, project or folder.

The thread has three or more comments.
If there are fewer than three comments, Suggested replies won’t appear.

Go to the space and open the folder, project, or task where you want to reply.
OR
Open the task, project, or folder from your Inbox notification that you want to reply to.

Tap on the task/project/folder comment field.

You’ll see the Suggested replies menu 1 appear at the top of the comment field.

Tap the caret icon 2 next to Suggested replies to view auto-generated reply options based on previous conversations.

Tap a suggested reply 3 to add it to your comment field.

Wrike’s AI generates up to three replies, each with a maximum of three lines.

Once you add a reply to the comment field, it’s removed from the suggestions list.

You can edit the suggested reply in the comment field using the editing tools before you send it 4.

Important
If you see an error, click the Retry button to try again. If you reach the retry limit (three times), you can Dismiss the chat and refresh the task to reload the activity.
