Now, you can update essential Jira ticket fields - Summary, Status, Assignee, Priority, Story Points, and more - directly within Klaxoon Whiteboard using a dedicated editing modal. No more switching tools!

Image management in Klaxoon Whiteboard has been significantly improved, allowing for higher-quality visual collaboration.
What’s new?

Display higher-definition images on the whiteboard (up to 4K, with a maximum image resolution of 32 MP).

Add images as stand-alone elements by default using drag & drop or paste, rather than as stickies.

Support for importing WEBP image format.

Download images directly from the whiteboard without needing to open them in full screen.
These enhancements offer a more seamless experience for collaborating with images on your whiteboard.

Klaxoon User Management - New Admin Interface
The Klaxoon Admin interface has been fully redesigned to provide a more efficient and streamlined user management experience for both Team and Company Admins.

Klaxoon Whiteboard – New Tables Feature
Tables are now available in Klaxoon Whiteboard, making it much easier to organize and present information.
What’s new?

New “table” objects can now be added directly to the Klaxoon Whiteboard.

Create tables from the “Insert” menu in the toolbar.

Easily add or remove rows and columns.

Customize table appearance with adjustable line color and thickness.
-
Apply background colors to individual cells.
-
Add and format text inside table cells.

Two major enhancements are now available for Wrike API webhooks, offering greater flexibility and control over event notifications.
What’s new?

Customizable Payloads: Choose which fields such as title, responsibleIds, status, dates, customItemTypeId, recurrence, and more are included in webhook payloads. This ensures you receive only the data you need at the moment an event occurs, reducing unnecessary API calls and processing.

Advanced Event Filtering: Set precise filters to receive webhooks only when specific changes take place, such as updates to a particular custom field, actions on tasks or projects with a specific Custom Item Type (CIT), or the creation of recurrent tasks.
Please note:

These enhancements are not yet compatible with Wrike Integrate.

Fully backward compatible. Existing integrations do not require changes unless you wish to take advantage of the new features.
