Overview

The AI Priority Inbox is now the default experience for Inbox on Wrike’s iOS app. You’ll see your notifications organized into Urgent, Important, and Other sections, helping you focus on what matters most. Note

How the AI Priority Inbox Works

  • Notifications are grouped into three sections 1:

    • Urgent: Tasks that need a decision to move forward, are blocking your workflow, or have overdue due dates.

    • Important: Tasks that need your input or feedback.

    • Other: All remaining notifications, including read items.

  • You’ll see a visual dotted marker 2 for read and unread notifications, just like before.

  • The Inbox icon at the bottom of your screen 3 shows the total number of unread notifications.

Note

The number next to each section (Urgent, Important, Other) shows how many notifications (both read and unread) are inside.
