Table View - New Filters (Wrike Labs Release)

Available on all plans

Enhanced filters are now available in Wrike Labs for Table View. These enhancements, developed in response to user feedback, mark a significant advancement by delivering a seamless, intuitive user interface with advanced filtering options designed to empower organizations with deeper insights and facilitate smarter decision-making and workflows.

New Filtering Options:

  • Relative Date Filters: These provide greater flexibility in task filtering, offering options such as "next 2 weeks" or "last 20 days," in addition to the standard "last week" or "next month."

  • Filter by Name: Quickly locate tasks and projects using their titles.

  • Negative/Exclusion Filtering: This allows you to exclude specific values or terms by using "IS NOT" or "Doesn’t contain."

  • Filter by Files: Sort items based on whether they have attached files or not.

  • Parent Filters: Filter items according to the properties of their parent tasks or projects.

  • Calculated Custom Fields (Formula): Create filters based on computations for more advanced data analysis.

  • New Status Filters: Easily select and apply statuses from relevant workflows, focusing solely on status names for efficient searching without needing their workflow names.

Experience these new filters by enabling them in Wrike Labs.

Subitems - New Design

Available on all plans

We released an update that enhances interaction with subitems by introducing a Table view-like experience within the item view, replacing the previous subtask list. Initially launched in Wrike Labs, this update is now available to all Wrike users. It enables seamless viewing of nested projects and folders and provides the ability to create, sort, rearrange, and resize columns with ease. Users can hide status, assignee, start, and due date columns and store personal configurations of subitems per user for both task-based and project-based items. The update maintains traditional drag-and-drop functionality for item reordering and includes a responsive grid that adjusts based on the item's view width.
