Deleting Custom Fields in User Profiles

Overview

On Enterprise Pinnacle accounts only account owners can delete any custom field by default, but they can give account admins the permission to do that.

You can completely delete any custom field along with its values from the account, including any account-level field that isn't shared with you in the Account Management section.

Note

Account-wide custom field management panel doesn't display custom fields that belong to personal and locked spaces.

Delete fields from users settings

To delete a custom field for users:

  1. Go to the Users tab under Account Management 1.

  2. Click Fields in the toolbar or the + button in the user management panel 2.

  3. Scroll down to find the Custom field 3.

  4. Click the three-dot menu next to the custom field title 4.

  5. Select Delete field settings from the menu 5.

  6. Click Delete within the prompted dialog box to permanently remove your field 6.

  1. Go to the Custom fields tab under Account Management 1.

  2. Locate the desired user custom field and click on it 2.

  3. Click the Delete from account button within the custom field interface that pops up 3.

  4. Click Delete within the prompted dialog box to remove your field 4.

Top
