Navigating Wrike for Android

Wrike’s Android app allows you to stay on top of your projects and connect with your team on the go. The application is available as a free download, and supported by Android smartphones and tablets running version 5 or later.
Note
Wrike doesn't support mobile browsers, so our apps for Android or iOS are the best options for using Wrike on mobile.
By default, in the bottom menu of the app you can switch between the following sections:

Inbox allows you to keep up with updates. You can find all incoming, sent, and archived notifications there 1.

My to-do shows the tasks you're assigned to 2.

Spaces allows you to navigate between your spaces, search for items, and access all other projects and folders in the account 3.

Search helps you search among tasks, folders, and projects that you have access to 4.

Tap More 1 in the bottom-right corner of your screen.

Tap the Settings 2 from the list.

Scroll to Navigation 3 under Appearance and click the Bottom shortcut panel 4.

From here you can:

Tap, hold and drag items to delete or add them to the bottom panel.
Note
More can’t be removed from the bottom menu.

Tap the Save button in the top of the screen to save the changes made.

Tap Spaces 1 in the bottom menu to see the spaces you’ve joined earlier.

Tap Explore 2 in the upper-right corner to see the list of spaces in your account.

To join or leave a space, tap its name in the list, then tap the three-dot menu icon 3 in the upper-right corner and click on Join or Leave space 4.
Tip
To make a screenshot inside Wrike for Android app "Block screenshotting" option must be disabled in the app Settings menu.
Permalinks in Wrike are unique links associated with each custom item, task, folder, project, or space. They serve as direct links to these items, allowing users to quickly access them without navigating through the entire workspace.
To find the permalink of a space:

Tap Spaces 1 in the bottom navigation menu to see the spaces you’ve joined.

Tap on the relevant space 2 to copy the permalink.

Click on the three-dot menu button 3 in the top-right corner.

Select Copy link 4 from the drop-down menu that opens at the bottom of the view.
To find the permalink of an item, task, project or folder:

Tap on a relevant task, project or a folder to open its item view.

Click the three-dot menu button 1 in the top right corner.

Select Copy link 2 from the drop-down menu.
The permalink is automatically copied to your clipboard and you can paste it anywhere.
