Editing Your Profile
TL;DR
All Wrike users can edit their profile from a browser or desktop app, but not from mobile. In Settings > Profile Details, you can update your personal info and save changes. On SAML SSO accounts, users can’t edit their own name or email - an account admin must do it, and the primary email in Wrike must match the company directory for SSO to work. Clicking a user’s name or photo shows available profile details like name, title, contact info, location, and teams.

All users on all account types can edit their Wrike profile.
To access Profile settings log in from a browser or Wrike desktop app on your computer. Please note that Wrike mobile apps do not allow editing User Profile data.
Note
Users on SAML SSO accounts won't be able to edit their names or email address in their Wrike profile - they need to request an account admin to do so for them. An account admin can edit a user's name and email via Settings > Account Management.
Important
In SAML SSO accounts, the user's primary email in Wrike and in their company directory must match in order for SAML SSO login to work correctly.
When you click a user’s name or profile image in the Wrike workspace you'll see a pop-up with some of the information from their personal profile. Depending on how much information the user has entered in their personal profile, you can see their:
- First and last name
- Job title
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Location
- Teams, departments, and user groups they belong to
- Click your profile picture 1 from the sidebar.

Select Settings 2 from the dropdown menu.
- Your Profile Details 3 open by default.
- Click any field to edit it.

Click Save changes 4 when you're finished.
