Purchasing, Upgrading, and Managing Subscription
There are five types of Wrike accounts:

Free accounts are made for individuals or teams that want to get started with a project management software..

Team accounts are great for teams of up to 15 that need effective team management.

Business Plus accounts are ideal for teams that want access to a wider set of capabilities and customization options.

Enterprise Standard accounts are made for teams that need advanced security options.
-
Enterprise Pinnacle accounts are perfect for teams that need the most advanced work management and security features.

Below are details on purchasing a paid subscription, upgrading, or updating your Wrike account. You can also learn more about what's available in each plan on our pricing page.
Account owners can purchase a Team plan from their workspace:

Important
If you're the owner of multiple Wrike accounts, make sure you're currently in the relevant account. When you click the profile image, the name of the current account appears with a checkmark in the Accounts section.

Select Settings from the drop-down menu. 2

Click Subscription in the left panel. 3

On the Subscription page, click Choose a plan to purchase in order to purchase a subscription. 4

On the Choose your plan page, click Select Team to buy a Team plan. 5
Follow the prompts to complete the purchase of a Team plan. You'll be asked to enter your credit card details and confirm your account before making the purchase.
Account owners can purchase Business Plus accounts with up to 200 seats online. To purchase a Business Plus account for more than 200 users, please contact us directly.
To purchase online:

Click Subscription in the left panel. 3

On the Subscription page, click Choose a plan to purchase a subscription. 4

On the Choose your plan page, click on Select Business Plus to buy a Business Plus plan. 5
To purchase a Business Plus account, simply follow the prompts. You'll be asked to enter your credit card details and confirm your account before purchasing.

Select Settings 2 from the drop-down menu.

Click Subscription 3 in the left panel.

Click the Update plan 4 button.

A new page will open where you can select the updated number of users under the Select your team size. 5

Select a different subscription plan if applicable.

Confirm your decision in the pop-up that appears.
Note
In order to downgrade your account or reduce the number of seats, you’ll need to contact your Renewals Manager or Account Manager.
Important
Self-downgrade is only available to Business accounts that want to downgrade to the New Team Plan and meet all of the following conditions:

The account has a yearly subscription.

The account has no more than 15 paid seats.

The account doesn't have any add-ons and extra services.
-
The contract is renewable.
Note
Reducing the number of seats as a self-downgrade action is not allowed.
Note
The subscription updates that you made during the self-downgrade will become effective on the date of your next subscription renewal.
