TL;DR

Account owners can update their billing and credit card information from the Billing settings to keep subscription payments current. Changes require re-entering payment details and confirming the update with your Wrike password (unless using SSO).

Overview

Owners of paid accounts can edit billing information.

If your payment details change, you can add a new credit card for your account to make sure the subscription renewal isn't disrupted.

Note

You’ll need to re-enter your credit card number and CVV code whenever you edit your billing information.

How to Edit Billing Info

  1. Click your profile image in the upper-left corner of your workspace.

    Important

    If you're the owner of multiple Wrike accounts, make sure you're logged into the relevant account. When you click the profile image, the name of the current account appears with a checkmark in the Accounts section.

  2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Billing in the left panel.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Edit your credit card and billing details in the pop-up that appears.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Enter your Wrike password. This doesn't apply to SSO users.
  8. Select Confirm.
