Every folder in Wrike has its own unique ID number that can be searched for and easily accessed. It may also be useful for identifying items in Wrike according to your own needs.
Simply enter your folder ID in the search bar to find it, or go directly to a folder's page by typing “https://www.wrike.com/open.htm?id=” into your address bar and include the folder's ID at the end of the link.
Navigate to the space containing the relevant folder.
Select the desired folder in the left-hand navigation panel 1.
Click on the info button 2 next to the folder title.
Click the Permalink icon in the top right corner of the folder item view 3.
The number at the end of the link to this folder is the folder ID 4.
You can find the folder ID in the custom field 5 in the item view.
Folder IDs can also be toggled on as info that's displayed in Table view. In Table view, use the Add column + in the upper right corner and select the ID option to add a column containing folder IDs.
It is not possible to customize the ID number on a Wrike item as it is generated by the system and is used as a unique identifier in Wrike's database. For a custom item labeling system to be used, it is best to create a Custom Field.
