You can share Gantt chart snapshots with colleagues within and outside your Wrike account.
Note
Anyone with a link to a Gantt chart snapshot (even if they aren’t Wrike users) can use the link to view the associated snapshot even if the folder, project, or space isn't shared with them.
You can share the link for a snapshot with others (even with people outside of your Wrike account).
-
Navigate to the selected folder, project, or space and switch to Gantt Chart 1.
-
Click Public snapshots 2 on the toolbar.
-
You’ll see a list with the titles of snapshots created for the selected folder, project, or space. If no snapshots had been created, then you’ll only see the option to create a new snapshot.
-
Hover over the snapshot and click on the Copy public link 3 icon next to the three-dot menu button.
The link is copied to the clipboard and can be shared with anyone.
Note
It’s important to enable the Share with public link option so that you can open the snapshot in a new tab and share it with others.
Account admins can disable the option to share snapshot links with people outside of your Wrike account.
-
Click on your profile picture 1 in the upper-left corner of the workspace.
-
Select Settings 2 from the drop-down.
-
In the sidebar, select Security 3.
-
Scroll to the External sharing policy section 4.
-
Uncheck the box next to the Allow share snapshots via link for external users 5.
-
Click Save changes 6.
