Exporting and Printing Table View
TL;DR
You can export the current Table view in Wrike to Excel. Open Table view, set your filters or sorting, click the three-dot menu, and choose an export option. You can export the visible table or export projects, folders, and tasks, either with the current filters or without them.

You can export the current Table view as an Excel file or as a Public Link to share with people outside of your Wrike account or to print it.
How to Export Table View
- Navigate to the folder, project, or space and switch to Table view 1.
- Set up sorting and filters for the selected location.
- Click on the three-dot menu button 2 in the toolbar.
- From the drop-down menu, click on the Export this table to excel 3.
- In the window that opens, save the file to the desired location.
How to Export Projects
From the Table view, you can export the projects, folders, and tasks to excel. To do so:
- Navigate to the folder, project, or space and switch to Table view 1.
- Click on the three-dot menu button 2 in the toolbar.
- From the drop-down menu, click on the Export project to excel 4.

Choose the type of option to export from the pop-up that appears 5:
- Projects, folders and filtered tasks: exports all the fields of the tasks, projects and folders with the filters applied from the current view.
- Projects, folders and all tasks: exports all the fields without filters.
- Click Export 6.
- Click on the hyperlink that appears in the pop-up 7 at the bottom of the table.
The file will be downloaded and you can print the exported excel file.
