TL;DR

Remove the billing information associated with your paid account from the Billing section in Account Management. Account ownership and password confirmation are required to complete the action.

Overview

Owners of paid accounts can remove billing information.

How to Remove Billing Info

  1. Click your profile image in the upper-left corner of your workspace.

    Important

    If you're the owner of multiple Wrike accounts, make sure you're logged into the relevant account. When you click the profile image, the name of the current account appears with a checkmark in the Accounts section.

  2. Select Settings from the drop-down menu.
  3. Click Billing in the left panel.
  4. Click Remove.
  5. Enter your Wrike password. This doesn't apply to SSO users.
  6. Click Confirm.
