Finding Your Account Information
All users in the account can access the account information and see the following data:

Their role in the account 1

Subscription type 2
-
Date of account creation 4 and the date they joined the account 3

List of account admins 5

The account owner 6
Note
Please note that external users and collaborators can only access their personal information (their role in the account, the date which they joined the account, and when the account was created).
Knowing the account subscription type and your role in the account can be useful in certain cases. Your subscription type specifies which features your account has. Access to these features depends on your role.
To see this information:

Click on your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of your Wrike workspace.

Select Settings from the list.

Select the Account info tab from the new window.

There, you can see information about your role in the account as well as your subscription type.
Account owners and admins are the people who manage your Wrike account and who by default have the most rights. You may have to ask your account owners or admins to grant you additional permissions, add new users to the account, or delete someone.
Here's how to find the owner or admins of your Wrike account:

Click on your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of your Wrike workspace.

Select Settings from the list.

In the window that opens, select the Account info tab.

Under Account Administrators, you can see the list of all account admins.

The account owner will have an Owner sign next to their name.
