Customizing External Request Form Email Confirmations

Request forms are available in Enterprise and Business accounts.

When a non-Wrike user submits a request form they receive an email confirmation letting them know that their request was successfully submitted. This email can be customized.

Customize your request form email confirmation

  1. Click your profile image in the upper-right corner of your workspace.

  2. Select Settings from the drop-down.

  3. Click Request forms in the left panel.

  4. Click Configure emails in the upper-right corner 1.

  5. In the pop-up:

    • Specify the sender's name. It'll appear in the From: field of the email 2.

    • Modify the opening line, email body, and signature 3.

  6. Click Save 4.

If you have a branded workspace you can also upload a company logo in your account settings to send branded email confirmations.
