Invalidating External Request Form Links
TL;DR
Space admins manage space request forms; account admins/owners manage account-level forms. Public request form links for non-Wrike users can be turned off anytime by opening the form builder, unchecking Enable public link, and clicking Save. This only disables the external link - it does not delete the form, and internal users may still access it.

Note
External request forms are not available during the trial period by default. To enable this feature for your account whilst on trial, please contact Customer Support or your Account Representative.
Space admins can manage request forms in their spaces. Account admins and owners can manage account-level request forms. On Legacy Enterprise, Pinnacle and Apex accounts, this right can be revoked from account admins.
Request forms can be submitted by non-Wrike users with a link. These links can be invalidated at any time if you no longer want those they're shared with to submit that form.

Navigate to the request form builder for the relevant form.

In the left-hand panel, un-check Enable public link 1.

Click Save.
Note
Invalidating a link doesn't delete your request form. Internal users may still be able to access it, and you can create a new link at any time.
