Install the Desktop App

Wrike's desktop app is available on Windows and Mac for all users (including collaborators).

The desktop app allows you to use Wrike without a browser.


A Wrike account is required before you can download the desktop app. Once you are logged into your Wrike account, the app can be downloaded from your workspace.

Install the desktop app

  • Open the app card or:

    • Click your profile picture in the workspace's upper right-hand corner.

    • Select Apps & Integrations.

    • Scroll to Wrike for Windows and Mac.

    • Click Download.

    The file is downloaded to your computer, and you can follow the prompts to finish installing the app.


Is it possible to remotely install desktop app for all users.

Yes, system administrators can follow the process detailed here to install and subsequently update desktop app for all users.
