Deleting File Versions
TL;DR
Most users (except Collaborators, Contributors, Viewers, and Guest reviewers) can delete unneeded file versions. Open a file in proofing, click the Versions icon, hover over the version, click the three-dot menu, select Delete, and confirm.

All users, except for Collaborators, Contributors, and Viewers, have the ability to delete versions of uploaded files that are no longer needed, helping to keep your workspace organized and clutter free.
Note
Guest reviewers cannot delete file versions.
- Click on a file in the list of attachments to open it in proofing.
- Click on Versions icon 1 in the upper right corner of your workspace.
- The version panel appears on the left, hover over the version you want to delete.
- Click the three-dot menu icon 2 and select Delete 3 from the pop-up that appears.
- Click Delete 4 in the confirmation window.
If you attempt to delete the latest version of a file in this way, you will receive a warning in the confirmation window that this is the latest version of the file.
