Hyperlinks in the Description Field

Adding links to the task, folder, or project description field is available to all users (except for Collaborators, Contributors, and Viewers) on all account types.
When you add a link to the description field and hit Space or Enter Wrike will recognize it and make it clickable.
Please note that this only works for links from the list of supported URL schemes. Account owners and admins on Enterprise accounts with the specific right enabled can configure which links should be added to the list.
Following URL schemes are supported by default and are recognized by Wrike:

All users except collaborators can add links to the text in the description field.
To do so:

Navigate to the folder, project, or task where you want to add the link to the description.

Select the text in the description field where you want to insert the link.

Click on the Insert Link icon 1 in the description toolbar.

In the pop-up that opens, enter the link 2 copied using one of the suggested URLs.

Click Apply 3 to add the link.
Tip
Alternatively, you can quickly add links from the clipboard to the highlighted text by using the Ctrl+V (or Cmd+V on a Mac) function on your keyboard.
Account owners and admins on Enterprise accounts with the right to configure advanced security settings can add other URLs to the list. To do so:

Click on your profile image 1 in the sidebar.

Select Settings 2 from the drop-down menu.

Select the Security tab 3 under the Account management in the left-hand panel.

Scroll to the URL Whitelist.

Click the Add URL button 4.

Enter the URL and click Add.

Click Save changes 5.
To delete a URL from the list of schemes click the X to the right of the URL.
