Changing Folder Color

Table 152. Availability - Legacy plans

Overview

All users except collaborators can edit folders.

All folders in Wrike can be color-coded. This adds a background color to folder tags in Task view and List view, and colors the folder icon in the left-hand navigation panel.

Change a folder's color

  1. Navigate to the space containing the relevant folder.

  2. Right-click a folder in the left-hand navigation panel 1 (you can also right-click subfolders).

  3. Hover over Change Color in the drop-down list 2.

  4. Select one of the color options from the menu that appears 3.

The color you pick is immediately applied to the folder in your workspace, as well as in the workspaces of users who have access to that folder.
