TL;DR

Pin projects to add them to your Home page and the Pinned section of the sidebar for quicker access. Pins are personal to your account, and you can unpin projects at any time without affecting other users.

Overview

All users can pin projects.

Pinning a project means that it can be found on your Home page and in the sidebar in the Pinned section, making it quick and easy to access.

Pinning projects works on a user level only, so your pins only appear in your workspace.

How to Pin Projects

  1. Access the space that contains the project you want to pin.
  2. Locate the project in the sidebar.
  3. Hover over the project title and click the pin icon on the right 1.

This project is now pinned and will appear on your Home page. You can also do this in the current view section of your space. Click the pin icon 2 next to the project title to select it. This project is now pinned and will appear on your home screen and in the sidebar of the pinned section 3.

How to Unpin Projects

To unpin a project, repeat the steps above and click the pin icon again to deselect it. You can also do this in the Pinned section of your Home page. Simply hover over the project and click the pin icon to deselect it.
