Deleting Custom Workflows
Admins on Business and higher accounts can delete account-wide custom workflows. On Enterprise Standard and Pinnacle accounts this is a controlled admin permission, so some admins may not have it.
Space admins can delete space workflows.
Delete workflows you no longer use to keep your workspace neat.

Click your profile image 1 from the sidebar.

Select Settings 2 from the dropdown menu.

Click Workflow 3 from the sidebar.

Right-click a workflow’s title in the list and select Delete workflow 4.

Click Delete to confirm your decision.
Alternatively:

Open a workflow from your workflow settings page.

Use the three-dot menu in the top right-hand corner.

Select Delete workflow option from the dropdown menu

Click Delete and confirm in the pop-up that appears.
Note
When you delete a custom workflow, if a task or project is currently in a status from the deleted workflow, then it remains in that status. However, you can't apply statuses from deleted workflows to additional tasks or filter by statuses that belong to deleted workflows.

Locate the Space 1 in which the workflow you want to delete is located.

Click the gear 2 icon from the sidebar or from the one which is located below the space’s name.

Switch to the Workflows 3 tab.

Hover over the workflow you want to delete and click the bin icon that appears.

In the pop-up that opens confirm your actions by clicking Delete forever.
Alternatively:

Click on the pencil 1 icon located near to the name of the workflow.

Click the three-dot menu in the top right-hand corner.

Select Delete workflow option from the dropdown menu

Click Delete and confirm in the pop-up that appears.
