Deleting Custom Workflows

Table 71. Availability - Legacy plans

Admins on Business and higher accounts can delete account-wide custom workflows. On Enterprise Standard and Pinnacle accounts this is a controlled admin permission, so some admins may not have it.

Space admins can delete space workflows.

Delete workflows you no longer use to keep your workspace neat.

Delete an account-wide custom workflow

  1. Click your profile image in the upper right-hand corner of your workspace 1.

  2. Select Settings from the drop-down.

  3. Click Workflow in the left panel 2.

  4. Right-click a workflow’s title in the list and select Delete workflow 3.

  3. Click Delete and confirm in the pop-up that appears.

When you delete a custom workflow, if a task or project is currently in a status from the deleted workflow, then it remains in that status. However, you can't apply statuses from deleted workflows to additional tasks or filter by statuses that belong to deleted workflows.

Delete a space workflow

  1. Open a space in which the workflow is located.

  2. Click the gear icon in the upper right-hand corner of the workspace.

  3. Switch to the Workflows tab.

  4. Hover over the workflow you want to delete and click the bin icon that appears.

  5. In the pop-up that opens confirm your actions by clicking Delete forever.
