Moving Projects
All users except collaborators can move projects.
Projects can be created inside spaces, folders, or other projects (in which case they're generally referred to as subprojects).
You can move projects from one location to another if needed. Also, you can copy the project to different locations and tag the same project in multiple locations.
Note
When you move a Wrike item to a different project, folder, or space, it's automatically shared with all users who have access to the project, folder, or space it was moved to.
If you wish to move a project to another location inside the same space you can use this method:
-
Navigate to the space that contains the project you want to move.
-
Select the project from the sidebar.
-
Drag the project so that it’s over the name of the location where you'd like to move it.
-
Let go of your mouse when the project or folder is over the item you want to move it to in the space.
Your project is now a project or subproject in the folder or project you have moved it to.
If you wish to move a project to another space, or to a project or folder within another space, you can use this method.

Click on the project info icon 1 to open the project item view.
